Operating times winter 2025/2026

The Hochzeiger cable cars take you quickly and comfortably to the Hochzeiger ski area during the winter season. Experience perfectly groomed slopes, breathtaking views and a stop at one of our cozy mountain huts. Ski operation on the Hochzeiger:
From 05.12.2025 to 11.04.2026 daily
from 08:45 to 16:00 (gondola lift until 16:30).

Ticket office and ticket information Opening hours:
The cable car ticket office is open daily from 05.12.2025 to 11.04.2026 from 08:30 to 17:00.

NEW: 1 hour more skiing fun

When the mountain sleeps, your day of skiing begins earlier

On Saturdays 17 and 24 January 2026, the gondola lift and the Hochzeiger 2.5 eight-seater chairlift will start operating at 8:00 a.m. Hit the slopes an hour earlier – enjoy an extra hour of skiing fun (no extra charge, all tickets valid as for regular skiing – mountain railway ticket office open from 7:45 a.m.).

Be the first to make your tracks in the snow on 17 and 24 January 2026, enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning, perfect slope conditions and the special feeling of first tracks before the other lifts open at 9 a.m.

Tip: Breakfast in the Panorama Lounge
Especially for early risers, there is the opportunity to fortify yourself with an exclusive mountain breakfast on both dates.
